Every year we pull a trailer full of kids and their parents through a very large housing development. 2 hours, 2 streets and lots of cansy. This year 2 houses gave out full-size candy bars.
I did not dress up this year, Vaughan was a scary jester and Justin was a Joker minion and then took the mask off and was himself.
Here's the stash. Growing up rural you have no idea how much this excites Steve and I!!
The kids were pretty uncooperative this year so pictures we few- teenagers!?? He's part of the group. We had 2 Jokers, a witch, and old man, a jester, something black and capey, Michael Myers who transformed into Tom Cruise when the mask got hot, a skeleton, someone wore an afro.
Here's a partial trailer picture.
This guy took the costume cake. Full beard and with his daughter as the Wicked Witch of the West, he was Dorothy, red glittery shoes and all; and I'm pretty sure he was drinking something a little "special".
So after 2 hours of candy gettin' fun, we headed to Chick-fil-A where everyone in a costume got a free shake!
Good times.
